I have one clarifying question.

Is the green cap in the above photo different from the cyan color seen in new Alt cap? The green cap is part of Esc, but not CMYK set, right?

Edit: Okay. I got it. So the three caps are supposed to represent Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow.

^That's the Cyan, not green. It looks sort of seafoamy in that picture, but that picture is supposed to represent the CMYK.

That's supposed to be cyan, but supposedly the colors, particularly for that key, are off in that picture. Compare it to the cyan in the sample pic, it's not really accurate.

If you go off the original color samples, it should be closer to this (sorry for quick and dirty edit, colors are off in it, but the CMY should be closer to what they're supposed to look like):

Ivan confirmed that the edited Alt key I tossed in the thread is closer to what the keys really look like.

The first page says we're at 163/300 for the purple set, 115/300 for the cmyk set and 182/400 for the esc key.

I might get another purple set if that will help.

No those were only a sample to check the plastics color was right. Assuming we can get these made will offer a pack white/purple for nav, function and numpad key next to finish for larger boards.

I put in an order one of each set. Hopefully, this group buy is a go.

Last night, I made a pitch at KBDMania with recent photos. I modified some colors so that it is closer to actual sample. If it is not a big trouble, updated version of the mock up of CMYK set would be useful.

I still think it would have stoked more interest if there were more accurate photos with actual samples. However, I understand that it is best we can get at the moment. So, I appreciate Ivan's effort.

Also, I thought the 3D render was something we could get without cost, but it appears that the person making the render is asking for money for his work. If the cost is not much, I think it is worthwhile investment.

I wish GMK would realize that we may not place orders for 400 sets very often (Once or twice a year), but if they would lower their MOQ then we would place orders for 200 probably 4-5 times a year.

If your a company that's set up to only deal with large orders scaling that back can be difficult and expensive (time is money etc) and given that this is the first time they have done anything with us it makes perfect sense that they wouldn't just change how they do buisness incase they can make some change on the side... Especially as they have already made it pretty clear that they arnt exactaly waiting around hoping people place large orders...
