Well, The_Beast needs drawing files to send the laser cutter in order to have them made. But I'm sorry to intrude, if you already had a drawing. Good luck with your project! 
I'm sorry I was under the impression that I was misunderstood, not that you were offering the files to beast. I didn't mean to be short, I am just at work. The origin of the files is not important to me. Apologies
No problem. I just didn't want you to have to duplicate effort, if you needed a plate drawing for the laser cutter to use. One thing you really need for that design is a custom case, since the size will be about 1-unit (0.75 inches) wider than current TKL designs. You can always make a temporary case out of cardboard.

You can use the "lowpoly" method linked in my Keyboard Prototyping thread to wire the switches directly to the (Teensy) controller. Alternately, you can design a PCB around that layout and have a prototype made in your design, to complement the plate.
