Why not just paint the white version black? If you have to, paint both cases so they look the same.

Then I'd have to get a white CC and acquiring any CCs is near impossible for most mortals

The toxic search for me is over anyways

Also some paint jobs look better than base plastic which has been proven time and again here, but no one has painted CCs to much effect that I know of.
