Not to sound like a know it all about this bolt issue but I see people planning ahead or making comments like, "i'm going to order these for the gh60 ...". The gh60 is the pcb and plate. It really has nothing to do with the screw size. You will need to know which case you are ordering and what the mfg. is going to tap the holes. As JDC knows, iMavs poker cases were ansi threads, 2-56. It would be nice maybe if all the people in this thread that are making cases agree on a standard size.

Exactly. I can tell you which screws were used in Poker cases, etc., but I cannot speak to which sizes will be used in upcoming case designs. It would make a lot of sense to standardize on this now.
At least try to standardize per case. That doesn't even mean keeping everything M2 or M3 for every fastener in the case. Just keeping everything metric is a big step in the right direction. Sometimes, it will be better to use an M2 over an M4 and vice versa, so I can fully understand different size bolts. Even head styles make a big difference. A M3 cap head screw may work for 80% of the case, but sometimes, you just need a M3 pan head and there's no way around it.
What sucks is some fasteners being metric and some being UNF....
Then again, if you're buying a custom case, it really should come with all the hardware necessary for assembly
