The top 2 keyboard in the pics are G80-3800 (Cherry MX-Board 2.0), while the bottom 2 are G80-3850 (Cherry MX-Board 3.0).

Though I didn't know they come with wrist rest.  How do you like it so far?  Also how does the flat keys feel?  :D

I've been intrigued by this board ever since I heard about it. Mainly the low-profile key caps. They fit standard size stems, but are a few mm shorter. Wish I could get some low profile Topre caps that would fit on a RealForce.

That's the "gaming" Cherry G80, isn't it?  Nice-looking unit!  Where did you get it?

The keyboards at the top and in the middle don't have low-profile keys!
The red triangle on the right is a rubber foot on a keyboard that is upside-down.

Anybody know this keyboard from CHERRY?
Did the Cherry logo placed front and centre not answer that for you? ;)

[The low-profile key caps] fit standard size stems, but are a few mm shorter
From what I have heard, the Caps Lock key has a non-standard stem location...

Thank you for that link, nice to see the mother-ship actually refine it's beautiful product.

Just have one question for you, does it creak when you type furiously fast on the keys?  Meaning the plastic casing itself, is it firm or still flimsy and weak like the G80-3800 MX-2.0?

Please say they fixed that problem because Gamer's in general are absolutely merciless when it comes to using keyboards.

In the picture, it isn't. At least, it's not stepped like the MX2.0. I couldn't tell you about switch placement.

Low profileee
I love the aesthetic of this keyboard. It hasn't been that long since the 2.0 came out though. Hope they made it less flimsy.

I wish; sadly I'm not sure it will ever happen.

Someone on geekhack (forgot which thread it was) found the company that makes those keycaps, I believe he contacted them but didn't seem to get any response.

Also we're assuming the MOQ will be pretty high.

It's Devlin who's making them.  It's their L series caps.  And I've contacted them before and they basically said they'd only work with people through QWERkeys.  After my last GB with them, I decided that it definitely wouldn't happen.  Devlin wouldn't even send on a color ring or pictures of the colors they had available for a GB through QWERkeys.

Some interesting stuff they offer. Pretty sad overall, I want some low profile.

You can ask in the Product Request Thread on the QWERkeys subforum if they'll do a buy with them.  It wouldn't be bad if they carried it in their store.

You can buy the Cherry keycaps on TaoBao.  They come in black abs, black pom, white pbt flavors.  Both printed and blank.

You will likely want to mix them up with DSA for some of the non-standard stem keys.

MechanicalKeyboards.com is a Cherry dealer.  Might want to ask them if they can get it.
