Best small mousepad - probably cloth

Greetings everyone,
I've been looking for a new mousepad for quite a long time. Currently I'm using Steelseries Qck mini, which is Height: 2 mm (0.08 in); Width: 250 mm (9.8 in); Length: 210 mm (8.3 in).

I don't have much free space on my table, even when I use my tenkeyless keyboard. I could buy Razer Omega, which are not so big, but problem is, that local sellers don't sell razers with the new sewed sides.

Can someone recommend small quality mousepad for both lasers and IR mice, which can be bought within EU?

There's the Roccat Taito Mini, but I think that's about it for name brands.

Almost forgot, that Roccat makes mousepads too I checked ebay and find Artisan, but those pads are too big and too expensive. Then I found Puretrak, some can be bought from UK.

And there was thouse plastic, thin mousepads. I think they were black and yellow. I can't remember the brand. Would they be OK with IR mouse?

Yeah, PureTrak are said to be great mousepads, I just wasn't sure if they were available in small sizes.
Artisan comes in small sizes as well I think, but you'd probably have to buy from Japan to get those.

Don't know about the plastic pads you're talking about, but if you're not worried about your desk you could use a Razer Sphex. If you're unlucky you'll have a nasty mark on your desk when you remove it, but when it's there it's so thin you won't notice it, so you can easily have your computer or keyboard covering part of it.

According to computer accesory, sucks to be me I have very limited working place, therefore I had to buy tenkeyless keaboard. Since I've already used a Qck mini, I thought, there would be alternatives,  but so far nothing has emerged.

Another solution is to buy a new Qck mini, since my current mini has been serving me for 5 years straight. Kudos to SteelSeries.

You Sir, have a good point It's the same size as my Qck Mini, but twice as taller. I like it.

I also checked the Razer GOLIATHUS Omega MousePad - Control, Fragged Edition which is a little bit larger, but it's not a big deal. But the price is twice as high... Is it worth the money?

I can't say much in-depth, but for what it's worth here are my thoughts on the Goliathus and QcK pads:
The Goliathus control has a rougher surface, doesn't change glide much but it can be uncomfortable if you also have your hand touching the pad while mousing.
On the other hand; the Goliathus feels like a higher quality pad, the SS pads feel a bit cheap.
And my Goliathus has stitched edges, but even without those I would probably go for a Goliathus over a QcK.

Like I said, though, I can't really give you a good reason why, so you'll have to take it all with a bit of salt.

The Razer Kabuto is easily the most non-obtrusive mouse pad I've ever owned. So thin, you might forget it's there until it's gone.

I hate hard mouse pads, but I'm actually liking my Razer Sphex more than I ever expected. Slides fast, good resolution, SUPER thin, and it doesn't shred or collect dirt.

The Sphex is amazing in use, but I took great care while putting it on and it still left a nasty mark that I never managed to get rid of. Never using a Sphex on this desk, that's for sure.

Although if you're sure you're not going to remove it anytime soon I can really recommend the Sphex as it is a surprisingly good pad.

I have a glass desk, so that's not an issue, but I could see it being a problem on others.

i have the razer vespula, i got it mainly because it was the only one with a wrist rest, it works good for me, i prefer the speed surface

Give Artisan a try. I personally own the Hayate and it has lived up to it's expectations.
