I finished creating and printing the "Check Sheets".
Packaging TestI also tested packing in the small flat-rate boxes. This is only for those with small orders that include only 1 or 2 sets.
With bubble wrap, I can package a single standard kit and nothing more. Without any packaging materials, I can get a standard kit and a numpad kit, or an add-on kit. The tightest fit is the Standard Kit with Upgrade Kit 02. Those are packed night and tight, which is how SP sent the 20lb boxes to me -- no padding. Granted those were much bigger boxes will less risk of getting crushed, but I
could package your order something like what you see below.

Bear in mind, I still need to test the shipping by weight option will be, but personally, I would want bubble wrap just to make sure everything arrived safe and sound. For those orders that I think will fit, I'll PM you and give you the option to choose before I invoice you for the shipping.
What's Next?I've done all I can do for today, but now that the "Check Sheets" are printed (and a beer consumed
), I'll begin boxing up everyone's order and put together the Ergodox Kits tomorrow.
1. Create the Ergodox Sets from the bulk blanks
2. Assemble everyone's individual order
3. Send invoices
4. Receive payment
5. Ship Orders
6. Handle exceptions & errors
