Welp boys, CC refunded my money, not sure why if he's really planning on delivering the caps, but I do appreciate that I got my money back at the very least.

Regardless of how good you think you are, there is zero excuse for not giving us a 5 minute update in the 7 months.

The good news is, they'll be one less spot for you boys to compete with in future CC sales.

Have fun and good luck!
Well I just got royally ****ed then. Case just closed this morning whilst I slept :/ hope he refunds me otherwise chargeback time if that's even possible.
Charge back is not possible then well I'll give it two weeks before selling my spot off then, I would prefer to sell it off to someone within the UK as well if any of you lot want it.
I'll buy your spot if nothing happens in two weeks! Not in the UK doe :/ British Columbia, Canada. Does that count? =))
Err sorry someone already has it claimed if none of the UK folk want it.
Welp. Okay. Let me know if he changes his mind.

The refund isn't so disheartening - if he is going to run off with our money surely he'd take it all?

Interesting that one claim gets a refund while the other silently times out though...
Indeed I got the first response from the gnome, then nothing keeping in mind I contacted and added something every week, and sent emails to all the email addresses provided mine was just ignored it seems, heres hoping something ships in the next two weeks, or he refunds me.

Perhaps you seemed more interested in getting your cap as you kept messaging while digi only contacted once asking about a refund?  Didn't see what either of you wrote but that would make sense.

I am in the UK. What's your markup? I am interested.

Just the cost of shipping via royal mail is all, which is only like £1-3 only thing would be I would want paying via paypal gift as I have no way of guaranteeing anything will ever show up.

How much did you spend on the CC your waiting on?
If it's such a big deal why did you invest anyway?
Money was an issue for me at the time so I never got involved with the sales, the only justification I could come up with, for spending so much on a blind pic CC was to flip it for money, isn't it in your best interests to just hold onto the ticket and wait it out, given that despite waiting for a stupid amount of time CC hasn't let people down in the past?

It's in my best interest to get the item I paid for yes, but it's also in my interest to not get messed around like this, I spent £33 on this Im just very very annoyed that in 6 month he has not said a thing and then gone and ignored all my emails and PayPal messages throughout the space of a month.

At this point I'm just frazzled and would like the clack or my money as for him letting people down my own opinion even if he delivers this time he already let people down, I don't want to start anything I just want what I paid for or my money :/

But at this point, isn't in your best interests to wait it out? You've managed 6 months, another couple would make no odds... and the possible return is 3x what you've paid...

We shall see I'm more miffed he's not said anything to me but has talked to and refund someone else, and that again he's broken a promise of shipping times

Which is fine and I understand that, but you've come this far, you might as well go the whole hog, £33 isn't a heavy investment that you can't live without.
