You all do realize there is a good one month, 30 days to go? SUPER AMAZING! Has there been any sale like this YEARS AGO? I'd think today's BS streak is even more exciting than those lazers moment (which I have not experienced before). 30 days to go!!!

Yeah still so much time to go. I was getting pretty miffed in the early goings but now it's just a big game to me, see how many times I can get a post in and fail.

Bet ya $20 you'll get in by the end, USD :p

Haha no way, by the time the sale is over $20 USD will be like a million dollars AU! ****ing exchange rate is killing me these days.

I just got to the states today....to find out that 82 cents is a Canadian dollar. Is yours even lower? :( maybe we should just deal in an absurd currency? 200 yen bets?

82c here as well. 200 yen it is!
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

And thus the 200 yen bet is on!

I think the worst thing is, even at the exchange rate I still pay less for stuff here(like magic cards)

Yeah most stuff is still cheaper for me from the US but it's getting close. Unfortunately keyboard related purchases are getting pricey though, I'm expecting to spend close to $200 AUD on GMK Hyperfuse once I factor in shipping :/

Yeah it's totally worth it. The mods will be going with a mint gum skull and some WoB alphas and I'll use the Hyperfuse alphas with my GMK Purps and a Slurple. It's all coming together :P

One on a GH60 and another on a Nerd60. Probably have to build some more boards soon, already got one set more than I have keyboards.

Good luck all!

Also, i have over 100 emails from yesterday's madness, and the last one is from a post at 2:45pm. Still waiting on a couple hundred more to come in + today's emails :))

Dear god, that was terrifying... he posts a radnelac right after I start an intense FFMPEG render job on my local machine... Of course, my computer nearly freezes in my haste to bring up my browser + post =X.

Got in though!

RIP Halverson.  And JD.   :'(

Timing could not have been better for me.  I've been out on the floor literally all day, the operator just took a 15 minute break, and Clack posts.

Good luck to all who entered, and my condolences to those that were unable to do so.

Wow... six minutes after you leave Halverson. Clack seems to be hatin' on girl sharks lately.
