Which means he has won 8%, which is incredibly high for a clackvent. I'm kinda with noisy on this one, it's kinda frustrating to the rest who have won zero.

Not all CH rounds(days ?) are made equal. Some you have to work for. naasfu is a hard worker. The RNG days.. he wins too because naasfu is a hard worker.

Naasfu has lost 92% of all caps from this CH so far...

Not for me, but the others...

just git gud? probably would solve most of your problems with this. I know of people who've entered sales just by getting a notification on their phone and doing it from there, myself included. if naasfu is winning this much then he clearly just has more commitment towards actually getting the caps lol

I've won zero, but I'm always happy to see him win (and, frankly, any other big clack collector tbh)

haha thank you halverson.  i could not have done it without you. :)

you guys know that i love clacks, so every time i'll put my best efforts into entering for every sale.  over the past month, i've entered every one except for like two of all the events (not just days).  if you look at a lot of the other people who've won, they've also been entering for nearly every one.  also, it certainly helps that i've had time off for the holidays so i can catch most times when cc pops on.

for the two mspaint entries, i basically spent all night working on them (i'm slow) and got maybe 2 hours of sleep each time.  and for the other contest entries, i really tried my best to be quick since that did make a difference.  with today's RNG, it was just pure wtf luck.

i do have a large collection now, but it's because i love clacks and have been collecting them pretty regularly since i got my first ones.  they're something i use and enjoy every day.  i don't stuff them away in a box and forget about them.  and i've never gotten bored with them and flipped (sold or traded) them for other things or a different hobby.  i know a few people who've built up nice collections, and i know it's because they've also been very dedicated towards them.  they're not easy to obtain for sure, so it takes a lot of effort.

try your best and get into every single event, and your chances will increase by a huge amount i'm sure.  i'm not good at writing this kind of thing so hopefully i don't sound arrogant, but i just want to stress that it takes a lot of effort to win, and that if you really do put in that effort, you can win too. :)

ps.  i subscribed to daily woof and my chances increased 10x!!  puppers get clacks!

Really well-put -- and we, I, appreciate that you are so open and candid with us about your passion for them. There's no doubt you've spent lots of time and effort collecting them. I for one admire it immensely and feel happy that they are frequently used and loved. I'm glad I can join a lot of you in appreciating these and giving them use on our keyboards :D

Well said. And it shows. I wasn't as dedicated in CH as last year's CV2 or CV1 and it shows. Haven't won any so far... but yeah, the more effort one put in, the higher the chances are. Glad you have many wins!

Try missing all the sales so far.  All the T.  All the BS.  Even the free one.  Missed.  Another.  Sale.  Every.  Time.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
