Thank you for the support. Just an FYI, the new NerD logo will not be implemented in the current PCB batches. ETA is TBD. Only GON himself knows.

Just got a few of these from GON.   Such nice work on the PCB!!   Can't decide whether to go with a short right shift and locking FN button to the right of it, or whether I should go with an ESC or a ~ on the upper left.

Thank you for posting these photos. I have a 38GT, but it's does not have the the controller or resistors installed. This helps a lot!

I had one of those as well.   Since shipped off to someone MUCH more skilled than I am!!

I assembled it last night, wasn't too bad. By default if you use a 1.75x right shift, then the key to the right of it is Fn by default. Fn + Esc is "~`". I just typed it on the keyboard actually :p

I had forgotten that 38GT doesn't support winkeyless bottom row with 7x spacebar so I used it with my custom plate instead.

That looks awesome!!   What case is that?   

I like the Winkey bottom row.   SOOOOO much easier to find capsets and no more Tsangan hassles??   No one wants to sell their modifier kits. 

Where is that spacebar from?   What is that?   A 10.5x?   Looks like the spacebar from my WYSE set?

The case is the aluminum Hammer case in the "titanium" color. The spacebar is 9.75x from a WYSE set and it leaves tiny spaces to the left and right of the spacebar but isn't that bad. You'll also still need tsangan for 1.75x shift keys if you go that route. Otherwise you want to go with 2.75x shift.

Man a Nerd mini (75%) would be perfect. While we are at it, a Nerd 60% to :p

I like the idea of side lighting with no backlighting so I don't have bright LEDs in my eyes, but lightens up my desk space with sort of ambient lighting.

how do i turn on the LEDs? Did i do something wrong? Yes all resistors are in place. Is there a key combination to turn them on? I only soldered 4 at top left. (PS2AVR)

If your kbd is based on PS2AVRU

Finally, another red GON bro :D!  Now I can let you experiment with keycap sets :p.

I believe mine is deep red semi glare.  Wish I had an actual camera or setup to show it off.
