I'm straddling that fence. I ordered one, kinda late but still part of the first wave -- then when stuff changed, I eventually asked/agreed to get a second case.

I just don't post here because with everyone else (the latecomers, as you say) hounding for updates, I feel updated on the matter.

Don't quote me on it but, no they are not the same as far as I understand its basically the Poker II stock case in aluminium instead of plastic and slightly lower hight to it.

Don't quote me on it but, no they are not the same as far as I understand its basically the Poker II stock case in aluminium instead of plastic and slightly lower hight to it.

Yes I would say so very much for what its costing its pretty awesome, nothing too fancy but then again I like the look of the stock poker case and I'm sure a lick of paint can jazz it up somewhat

Ya, I am with him. For the price, you can't buy any other metal case. I expect it to be a pretty good alternative to a plastic / acrylic case.

I'm also participating in this GB, paid right now. I saw it a view months ago, but was never really sure if i should take one or not - but i think it's really a good price for what you get, so i don't think that i'll get a metal case for about 50€. Glad it was possible this late.

any timeframe on these cases? gonna be flying out to study in china near the end of august and it'd be nice if i have my case to take with me. otherwise it's not worth getting my parents to post it out to me in china so i'll have to wait a whole year before i'm back in the UK before i can get my hands on it
