Depends on how desperate ONE person in the market is, and even then, that is NOT the market price, that's only how much ONE person is willing to pay. Take that ruby red translucent topre someone bought for 400 one day for example; another person sees that exorbitant selling price decides to sell theirs as well, but only gets 301 according to a "private offer".

i have only ever won 1 clack at cost myself, and that was because cc gave me dibs

i have spent a ton on clacks, lots more than i bid there, but whenever i can i dont forward that cost on to others, that sadly is my max bid as im going out in about 5 mins, is worth a punt but i doubt it will hold

as for what im doing with it, im sorta weird about symmetry on boards, particularaly my hhkb, and as i got the gummy skull yesterday, i need something else trans to even it out, this may not fill that need for me though, so, 2 things will happen, either itll be ok and itll go in the collection forever, or i wont like it when it turns up and ill sell it to someone for the ek price or give it away

i have purposefully stayed away from these kind of auctions. and i dont agree with them, but with this specific person, its someone i know that really puts family first, and i have no doubt that this auction happened because the money would mean more to his family than this keycap would mean to him, some people may argue entering in the first place then is the issue, but now that we are here, if i was gonna bid on any of these auctions it was gonna be this one

Thank you for explaining why you partook in this auction. I understand that these are frowned upon. Ultimately I could have traded this for a CC that would fit my board but I have my Brobot for now which goes nicely with my Miami set.

I was going to use the extra money instead of a straight up trade for something else because for Christmas I want to purchase my daughter who will almost be 3 this winter a snowboard kit. (boots, bindings, snowbaord, etc). My wife and I love snowboarding and want our daughter to enjoy the sport as well and we decided that we should get her out on the snow and get her comfortable with snowboarding before trying to haul her up a mountain and giving her a kiss goodbye . Unfortunately, the snowboard will still have to come out of our bank account as my wonderful wife apparently did not come to a complete stop when turning right on a red light and the street cam nabbed her with a nice little fine. The extra money will have to go towards that. I know everyone now is thinking, what about your daughter and her snowboard kit... As Bunny knows from the conversations I have had with him, my daughter comes first out of everything in my life so I am sure she will have a wonderful holiday season even if Santa gets the credit .

I can tell you that I will not be having any more auctions from this point forward and if there is to be any selling done that would not be at cost or of a non-profit genre I will take that business elsewhere.

I love this community and I feel merging family and business tends to get ugly....example, the past week.

All that to say Thank you to BunnyLake for looking past what most people could not. You truly are a wonderful person. One day I will return the favor.
