Time Warner Sh!tbox Cable.  I'm paying for 20 Mb/s DL, and 2 Mb/s UL.  So, I can't say they misrepresented what I'm getting.  But at the price I'm paying, it's still a giant rip-off.  I want to sue them via class action.

LOL.  C+.  Time Warner suxx.

Damn, this thread is making me more and more angry.  My internet suxx so hard, and not in a good way, but in a bad way.   I might was well have a tin can with a piece of string on it.

Moving back home sucks...

What makes it even worse is that it is an unstable connection so I can't really play games at home.  Tried to see if we can switch isp's but I'm pretty sure my dad refuses to because he uses the ****ing cox email account and they get rid of it when you are no longer a customer.

We cut a deal with cablevision when we switched over from verizon.  We have 5 static ips too. It's small office of about 10 people.

Wish I could get faster upload, but nobody here offers any better.

I live in NYC, and I have a fantasy of moving to a place like Chattanooga, and getting a house in the mountains and being a mountain man with an amish-style beard.  I would just wear overalls everyday with no shirt (you can't get away with that in NY).  I guess I might miss the big city, but maybe not, if I can get internet speeds like that.

Congrats, that's an amazing upgrade.. How does one even utilize that download/upload to its' fullest extent?? do you become a good guy and actually seed downloads?? Everything you want to get from the internet can be had in a moments' notice, WHAT THEN?!?! When does it become excessive and unnecessary?

Haha. I think that anything past 500mbps is a bit excessive.
