Comcast is deleting my emails...

Let me tell you all a little story from today:

So I search through my emails for one of my recent humble bundle codes, but it's not there... The code I bought for my Dad is there, and both payment emails are there, WTF?! All the rest of our codes are there too, but why not this one?... OK, it looks like I bought both of these within minutes of each other, and all the others were a few days apart as I would ask my Dad if he wanted them before buying. Does that mean Comcast saw 2 similar emails in quick succession and deleted one as it was "obviously" spam?! ****!!!...

Because my main drive's OS went kaput a month ago, I can't search chrome's history on the off chance I may have clicked the link you get on the page after purchasing... Hmmm... Where does chrome keep the history files, and for how long does it keep them? OK so what if I cut out the files in the other drive's chrome and paste them into this drive's chrome... HAHAAA!!! SUCCESS!!! I DID click on that link!!! Now let's put the current files back as it's glitching out on me... What do you mean AdBlock is still broken?! I just put the current files back in!! ****it, just remove and reinstall... OK, everything looks good now and I have my code.

Is Comcast deleting any of you guys' emails? Tell your stories below.

If you have a humblebundle account the games should be tied to your account, you can find them on the account page at any time. Although I don't think duplicates show there, so if you get duplicates and want to give away codes(which you're not really allowed to) or redeem them on another steam account you own you will need the url you get in the email.

I don't have a humble bundle account, so the emails are all I got. I just purchase 1 or 2 of a bundle, and send my Dad one of the email codes if I ordered 2.

The ONLY thing that saved me was that I had visited the link from the popup you get after purchasing.

The lessons to learn from this are to never order 2 humble bundles on the same day, and always back up the link codes.

Comcast wouldn't delete your emails if you used Windows 98.

Lol but in all seriousness call them up. Either it's hotmail or gmail or whatever you use that deletes spam I'd check in spam first.

...What part of Comcast means I have a hotmail or gmail account, and that it's them who are deleting my emails?... My Comcast email means that Comcast is deleting my emails...

(Though I do have a gmail account that I never use except for registrations.)

This is one reason I don't like using my ISPs email.

They don't handle nearly the amount of email a company like Google or Yahoo do, they also only do email because they pretty much have to. It's an expense for them, not a way they make money, as such, they don't invest in it. Also, if you change providers, you just lost all of your email. I've changed states, hosts, and kept the same address for 15 years. Then there's the fact that it's Comcast... Repeatedly rated as one of the worst ISP's.

Honestly, you should be using your Gmail as your primary and your Comcast email for junk... Or nothing at all.

you can try to contact humble to resend it
also if you do signup for a humble account, it maybe able to recover any keys you purchased previously with that email

i think thats what happened when I bought FTL from humble a year ago, then purchased the EA Origin bundle
I signed up when I got the EA bundle and it still had record of my FTL stuff.
