I think the only way to make the shipping faster is let the buyer do the soldering on the diodes. Honestly, I thought soldering the smd diode is a nightmare, but after reading some information here, it's a breeze. You just need a tweezer though to hold the diodes.
What I did is this(just like what swill did):
1. Apply a small amount of solder on one side of the joint on the pcb(Don't put yet the diode). Wait for the solder to dry up.
2. Using a tweezer, align the diode to the joint along with the newly applied solder. Then apply heat to the solder and the other end point of the diode. While the solder is melted, use this chance to align the diode or push down so that it will fit correctly. Once seated, wait for the solder to dry up before applying solder to the other side.
3. Then apply solder to the other end point. Don't apply too much heat as will cause the other joint to melt.
I'm not a native speaker and this might seem confusing to someone. But hopefully it helps. Sprit needs the help he can get and that I thought we as buyer can shoulder the diode part
