I can see that many cap makers go through a process of refinement over the course of several months where we can see the designs and technique improve with each completed run. Did Bro's go through this stage? Even the very early Bro's that I've seen have that super clean look.

I don't know about refinement process as I haven't been here since the beginning but you need money to obtain Bro's quickly or you can wait for sales.

If you're looking to obtain a BroBot v1 or v2, trading is your best bet. Some people are very attached to their caps.

BBV1's where a lot thinner then the BBV2's

My guess is that Bro hand-carves everything, and for his masters, he has them made in aluminum.

That way they stand up to multiple casts.

Its kind of a trade secret I guess :shrug:

At least he didn't try to recreate an exact image. I think he got embarrassed when he tried to make a copy of his reaper v2. It looked like a cartoon.

Though you are correct on the action figure. that doesn't look like it was sculpted. The hood looks so lifeless and limp compared to the high detail of the skull, kinda like play-doh like you said.

Probably took a cast of something that was already made and tried to wrap something around it.  At least I wouldn't put it past him.

If K3KC actually sculpted that himself it wouldn't be too hard to believe. Artists can improve drastically in a year. Until he announces one way or another it's anyone's guess.

Each person has his own ability. I confess my ability that can only do a good job from the first mold and molded products in bulk. You cannot ask Valentino Rossi to create a moto gp race car because he drives well does not mean that he can make the car which he used to race.

when I used to live out in the sticks, I had a package I was waiting for (I dun remember what) and it was fully tracked and signed for, so I was getting updates every time he stopped on his route, when it came to my drop, this bloke drove along side my house, so I walked outside to greet him, he then drove off down another lane, came back 5mins later. I wave to him and he ignores me and drives off. I check the status of my delivery and he puts it down as 'failed to deliver, no one home'....

...I just hope I can get this redelivered to the post office and get my Bro by Friday...
