Well on Taobao you can bargain with the seller.

Most items priced obscenely on Taobao are meant for the seller to make a counteroffer.

For example, the same seller has a Valentine set for sale listed at "6666 CNY", which is clearly ridiculous. He means that you should message him directly and make an offer.
