I'm totally unaware about copyright laws and such, but what are the main reasons that is stopping Clack from claiming copyright protection on his design, and shutting down these fake clacks? I do realize that it is a huge ton of work to do, but here: http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ38a.pdf , it says that Vietnam has a bilateral copyright agreement with the United States, so theoretically, that means clack has the theoretical ability to shut them down correct?

Please, please, please correct me if I am incorrect, as I don't want to spread any misinformation.
