I expect that the amount someone spends on keyboards is probably somewhat directly proportional to their activity in this community.

I am going to throw this equation out there, feel free to improve it.

GH Post Count * $3 = Total spent on keyboard gear

That would put me at around $1500.  I have probably spent more than that at this point, but I am probably not the average...

I am a glutton for punishment I think.  I started out just buying keyboards and keycaps.  Now I have 5 keyboard builds in the works as well as a case design and the prototyping material is starting to get expensive.  :)  I also just got 4 more sets of keycaps too.  WHAT AM I DOING!!!

I draw the line at clacks.  I refuse to spend my hard earned money on such things.  I just have to make sure I never own one so I don't catch the bug...  :))

Well, in my discharge, I should say I am not considering the boards I have already sold. Those may take my count to ~3 per post.

Yikes, that would put me at ten thousand dollars...  No, I'm nowhere close to that amount.  Maybe something like a 10th of that amount.
