You could probably get a custom board made, but your best bet is to buy one from somewhere here. They pop up in classifieds every once in a while.

Or, of course, you could make one yourself! I had a lot of fun doing it.

you can't get ergo clear from big sellers like cm, filco, etc

but what you can do is search classifieds for an ergo clear board, or get 60 posts and make a wtb thread

I'd recommend building one yourself. You can really customize it and build the best feeling board that way. That's what I'm doing currently :P
It can get pretty expensive though! The lube, switches, good key caps etc really do add up

It doesn't include keycaps so I'm sure it'll cost a little bit more.
Keyboards Owned:

Realforce Topre 91 Key JIS Profile - Main
CM Quickfire Rapid Blue Switches

Less, actually: a filco is $150, switches are $50, plus lube, custom plate, springs, key caps, and loads of shopping...
That said, if you do it yourself you can make sure you're getting the best possible experience (with lube, etc).

The code with clears is not only equally hard to find but would be a nightmare to mod.... all those LED's.

You could wait for a QFR with clears or just mod another board and just but the clears elsewhere...

That's really not a bad price! Add a set of Banggood PBT or POM caps and you have an awesome custom (LED's, red plate, acrylic case, 62g stickered and lubes ErgoClears, decent caps) for less than $250!.

Or get the retro or CCnG set he's also selling (although I don't think those sets go so well with a white case, personally).
Buying more keycaps,
it really hacks my wallet,
but I must have them.
