Filco Keyboard Wire Question

I have 2 Filco Majestouch 2 Camou edition. 1 in brown keys and the other in blue. the 1st keyboard i had, the power kept turning off on the keyboard whenever i moved it, i had to twist and turn the end of the cable connecting to the keyboard in order to get the board powered up again. I got frustrated and bought another to replace this. Now, my 2nd board is also experiencing this issue. I believe a connection is loose somewhere. anyone know how i can get this fixed?

You could open the case and see if the connector is still connected.  However this will void your warranty.

Same case in my country just camo of all series filco majestouch  have problem,and same, error with the cable :)
but it 2years ago 2010-2012,i think filco already repair :)

I had the same problem with my camo.

Open up the board and re-plug the cable. Doesn't fix it completely, but it definitely makes it a lot easier.

If that doesn't work, buy a new cable for it. Should run you about $15.

Interesting--I had a Camo TKL for a while, from ~2011, I think, and it was fine.  I used the Camo cable in another Filco later, and also no problems.  Good to know for reference.

P.S.: I always coil my unused cables into a loop, plus Filco cables have pretty handy velcro wraps on them for that.  Bending in sharp angles is not very good for cables in the long run.

I put it away the same way it came out of the box. Wrap the cable on itself, then put it in that handy container space in the box.
