We’ll allow it. It’s too beautiful to be a one-and-done.

Here’s what I’m using as my daily drivers over the last couple weeks. UT47 from a group buy on Keyhive. They are really likeable boards, with a delightfully intelligent layout. The white one makes a racket because Kailh Box Clickies, but the blue one makes a smug thock (because it has no right to sound this nice when it only cost ~$25). “Click” and “Clack”, you might say.

I really like this board. It's just too bad that 40% is a bit too limiting for me. It's not even that the number row is gone that is the problem, its that the [];'./ keys are gone. It just throws it off too much for me when trying to touch type.

Wow, that's different!  Monotone and mostly white...  I'd probably go for some classic white on black caps :)

It's a case I designed myself to look like the original brick sized gameboy, It's a 3d printed plastic case with a lasercut acrylic bottom for LED underglow.

Not mine, but just finished a build for one of the Smallfry 40% orders:

(Powdercoated titanium plates, sorbothane spacer gasket, Cherry MX Greens, green LEDs, JD40 II PCB.  Very heavy for a tiny keyboard).

Wanted to experiment with a 0.5u staggered keyboard so handwired a quick and dirty prototype with Gat Browns. Suprisingly nice to type on but the stagger of the wasd keys makes it near impossible to game on.

There's quite a few, actually.  Just depends on if you're willing to build it yourself.

Corner blockers are a nice aesthetic touch, but they limit the space in an already constrained keyboard layout. Nonsense.

Seems to be a sandwich construction. Would you offer HHKB-style top piece if that's the case? Not that it would be practical but it definitely looks cute.

I'm still adjusting and trying things with 40% keyboards, but I think this is getting close to my own endgame. Like before, this has face plates that you can swap out for new looks at a cheaper price than a new set of keycaps. It's also my first PCB design that has backlighting! It was a little tricky to do, since I'm still very much a beginner, but I'm super proud that I accomplished it as well. This is is going to have a pretty short life on my desktop however, since it's being shipped to a friend of mine as a present for them.
