Anyone know of a site that carries Phantom Plates?

no.

However there are often groupbuys to buy them and the like. Some people may have them leftover. I have a 7bit plate I havent built up yet. You can also get stainless steel plates made not too expensively.

About $20-40. I picked up my Epsilon plates for about $40.

Also, I believe there will be some for sale relatively soon. Keep an eye on the Classifieds/Group Buys/Vendor areas. :)
