Are you needing F1-F24? I'm perfectly happy to buy one and let you have the f1-24; you can always pay/swap for it by sending Dorkvader a mat for his model F projects.  :thumb:

What's the point of a groupbuy? You spend more on shipping because the price is already so low.

I'm more concerned about:

1) is it only for LYNK terminals, or is it perfectly compatible with other computers?
2) is it easily moddable on a Soarer, or are there weird complications and scancodes to contend with
3) does it have LED lock lights?

I'd be shocked if this is anything other than a straight up rebadged IBM or Lexmark M-122.

Pacifist, I strongly suggest you look at the casing carefully. There are a lot of nearly-similar casings that aren't actually the same measurements. I have several M122s (some by IBM, some Lexmark) and their casings aren't the same. I haven't tried to see if the internals will fit though.

Since Lexmark bought the IBM factory and equipment, there is really no doubt.

However, there are multiple generations of M-122 cases and these are almost certain to be last-generation.

I got mine on Friday at my office and didn't have my DIN to usb thing with me, so I haven't used it yet, but the board I got was very NIB, in great shape, and certainly a M122 copy.  Once I get it plugged in, I'll let everyone know if it is working OK or not.  For $25  its really a great deal.  I'd pay that much for NIB keycaps anyways, to get a complete KB with it is a really great deal.

There's a good chance that it'll work. I believe these are terminal emulator keyboards, so it's a decent bet that an AT to PS/2 passive adapter followed by an active PS/2 to USB adapter will work right away.

So it does NOT work with a standard DIN to PS2 passive and then a PS2 to USB active converter.  Might need a soarer to make it happen...
