Can you be more specific about what you need? Keyboard keycaps are measured in units, where 1u is the width of a normal alpha key. The two standard sizes for Alt are 1.25u ("modern" keyboards) and 1.5u ("vintage" keyboards). If you're looking for a key to fit in a certain spot on your keyboard, you're going to need to be more precise.

I've only seen such things on some weird old terminal keyboards which aren't likely to be very feasible to use on modern PC without a LOT of work. I think the most easy would be to settle for something like winkeyless Cherry g80-1800 model.

Get this thing, then use some program to switch Ctrl and Alt!

You could make a Phantom keyboard and get a custom plate design made for your purpose. Then you can make almost any layout you want. Still don't know how you would mount the switch for this purpose. Just a thought.

Phantom PCB:
Phantom with Silver Vortex Case   Keychron Q6 Pro ISO Knob
