[FS] A whole boat load o' stuff (Mice, and more)
« on: Sun, 18 May 2014, 22:40:53 »
Super Clearance!!!

I'm getting married in October, and damn these things are expensive. So I need to clear some things out that don't get any use around here.

Shipping prices are CONUS only.

Mice

I don't really use these anymore. Flat $7 shipping for one, $10 for two, $12 for three. All mice are OBO.

1. Logitech G400 - $30
Early revision
More
More

2. R.A.T. 7 - $40
Early revision
More

3. Logitech Performance Mouse MX - $50
More

4. Razer Imperator 2012 - $40
More

5. Razer Taipan - $50
More

6. SteelSeries Sensei - $50
More

7. SteelSeries Kinzu V2 - $30
Not the pro model
More

8. Func MS-3 - $40
From the MD drop a few months ago
More

Keyboards

Alas, after almost an entire year of Ergo bliss with the ErgoDox, I unfortunately developed some sharp pains in my wrists and thumbs. Apparently my hands don't really like unlearning 20+ years of staggered qwerty muscle memory (side note: pains have completely gone away after swapping back to the 55g RF)

Shipping $10 flat each, $15 for two

Both ErgoDoxes have DCS PBT keys for all rows except the bottom row and thumb clusters, which are black PBT DSA.

1. ErgoDox - Classic - Stock Cherry MX Clears - SOLD
This board has two layers of aluminum top plates. I got the extra set on accident from MD and they let me keep them. I ended up needing the extra thickness to get a tight fit for the case (since the aluminum layer is actually thinner than the acrylic layer it replaces).

More

2. ErgoDox - Classic - Cherry MX Blues - White PCB (from MKB.com) - $220 - SOLD
I really wish I could keep this board, but I just can't use it anymore. The white PBC really gives it a striking look.

More

3. Razer BlackWidow Ultimate (2012) - Cherry Blues - $50 - SOLD
Never really used it, buddy gave it to me a while back. Good source of Blues (109 of them)

More

4. Belkin N52 Nostromo (NOT the Razer version) - $25 shipped
This thing's pretty old. I used it mainly for drum editing back in late 2011, but haven't touched it since.
More

5. Apple Aluminum Bluetooth Keyboard - $30 shipped
Older version that takes 3 AA batteries.
More

Misc

PBT Keycaps - Mixed DCS/DSA - $0.25/ea
These are leftovers from the MassDrop sets that I got with the ErgoDoxes. Let me know what you want and we'll work out a price.
More
More

M-Audio Fast Track USB - $40 shipped.
Great little starter interface for recording.
More

Kindle 3G Keyboard$50 shipped - SOLD
Don't nearly have enough time to read as I'd like. This is not the model with ads. Includes leather case with retractable LED reading light.

More

PreSonus Firebox - $60 shipped
Firewire Audio Interface. Bought this thing a couple years ago for Pro Tools, come to find out it doesn't work with it. Been sitting in a drawer ever since. Should work perfectly with Cubase/Logic/Reaper/Ableton/Etc.
http://www.presonus.com/products/firebox
More

iPod Nano - 6th Gen + Lunatik watch band (black) - $50 shipped.
Cracked screen, but otherwise works perfectly.
More
More
More

HTC HD-7 (T-Mobile)$50 shipped
In pristine condition. It's a great phone, but unfortunately won't ever get the WP8 software update. Solid phone though with decent features.
NOTE: Does not come with a micro SD or SIM card. Phone only.

It would benefit the ergo community to have details about your experience with the ErgoDox. Why it initially seemed better, a chronology of the development of the pains, what flaws in the ErgoDox design led to the problem and any recommendations for its improvement.

Also, do you think the trouble you've experienced is unique to you or do you think others will likely have similar issues with extended use?

This may not be the right thread for your response but I'm sure many others will be interested in your experience as well.

By the way, congratulations on your engagement. I wish you two the best.

Very good idea. I'll see about composing one and I'll post it in the ergonomics forum.

As far as I know it's locked on t-mobile. I didn't use it on any other network.
