key bounce on laptops

I have a new Dell Latitude E5540 with the annoying issue of occasionally repeating what is pressed. Ive tried using Windows filter keys. It helps somewhat. But i'm looking for a better fix. Any ideas?

Softwares like chattering canceller or bounce canceller exist.
But had better replace keyboard.
