You in any other SP groupbuys?
Or perhaps you requested some R1 replacements?

I requested replacements, but they told me, I will get them from round 2 because they don't offer round 1 ones anymore. And Melissa said this is gonna happen in November...  Don't know what it could be. I ordered bonus kits as well and 7bit's Round5 Honeys but they will shipped first to him and then sorted so what could this be? Perhaps they just found a few leftovers in granite round1 and I hope it includes every kit I mentioned. Or they produced lightning fast round2 :D

I seriously doubt it's R2 since R2 is being shipped from MD, I believe.  Bonus packs are coming from SP but it seems almost inconceivable that those are produced already.

Well, they did place the orders early. Still, I doubt it. Besides Massdrop generally has everything shipped to them and then does the final delivery to the end customers themselves.

It had no dedicated kit for the JD40, but all of the caps for the JD40 were in there. I ended up buying alphas, mods, pro mods and specialty caps.

Yup, round 2 was another run of the whole shebang with some different keys and what not.  It's currently being manufactured, I believe.  Who knows if there's going to be a round 3. O_O

I think we can expect a round 3, there are already hundreds of requests for a new run on massdrop.

Massdrop did warn us though that as a consequence of taking more orders beyond their initial order closing would cause manufacturing delays. PMK simply can't produce such a volume and deliver on the schedule they originally planned so in the end everyone has to wait.

And this is another consequence of everyone running GB's every other week.  It's great that there's so many new sets and products...until you realize what it really means.  Raped wallets and manufacturing delays are never fun.

Couldn't agree more. With so many awesome sets coming like the Hyperfuse GMK, the new Feng GMK, and Booper's Deep Space it's going to be hard to fund all of those in such a short time span.

Essentially Granite round 2 has been pushed back almost 2 months right? They did mention though that there might be multiple shipments. I posted on massdrop asking about it.

Am I the only one who doesn't think this is a big deal? Is 2 months extra really that long to have to wait? My only hope is that they aren't rushing things to try to meet arbitrary deadlines. I would much rather them take their time and churn out a quality product than rush to meet demand and receive a box of ****.

Yeah this was a known issues with the manufacturer. I'd be more annoyed by right now I'm waiting for *everything* since everything has been delayed. So I'm kinda kinda twiddling my thumbs at this point, but I ain't even mad.

It doesn't bug me all that much but I just don't see why we can't start spacing GB's out to give everyone a little breathing room.  If every GB gets delayed...well, I predict a lot of not so nice posts and more drama.  Would be nice if we could just preemptively avoid that.

Yes, women can't understand this obsession we have.  Although keep reminding them of their own infatuation for clothing and shoes  :thumb: .

In the end it comes down to what can be provided for her (as well) to accept your hobby, hence everything shall be kept discreet and cordial around your own home.
