Not bad.  Says it is USB hard coded for Sun / Unix.

You could do this before. The only difference is the extra barrel is populated with a spring instead of a peg insert for stabilization and the controller is programmed differently.

Well, these keycaps are interesting.

You could already convert any model M and some Model F boards to HHKB layout (since the barrels and membrane / PCB have support these key positions), just with bottom row mods spaced out more. With these keycaps you can even have the correct legends on them, though. That's quite nice.
