I forgot to add, I am still undecided, but either this or Christmas will be my last time organizing and running this.  Between the stress and out of pocket expenses making up gifts for those who never sent anything, it's untenable to keep doing this long term for me.

A huge thank you for the gift.  I had a feeling it might have been you.  Feel confident in your ability to make a convert out of someone that actually really loves mx blues.  They kinda feel cheap and plastic now.  I do still have to leave an mx board on the desk, but that is for the wifey that cant type without seeing the letters.

I will join you and nubs for that beer.

Nothing like arriving at home and finding Summer Santa gifts on your doorstep!

My first DOOM Caps, straight from the man himself!

It's a 3-in-1 NES/SNES/Genesis combo console with 2 controllers!

It has ports for all three controller types.

An SNES controller with a Sega connector?!? What is this sorcery?

Thank you so much, ImpendingxDoom! My son and I are going to love this! And thanks, nubbinator, for all the hours of work and organization you put into this, not to mention the money you've put forward to cover costs for no-shows.

No prob! I actually meant to get your the lettered version but dunno why that got shipped >.<

If you ever get a chance I highly suggest lubing the sliders. Makes the experience 100x better.

Enjoy it!

Can I just say, I'm super glad for this Summer Santa thing. It's been a while since I've been active on GH due to IRL responsibilities eating into my discretionary time. And to be honest I had almost forgotten what a great community we have here. Logging on to post my Santa photos, and seeing all the other posts, reminded me how great GeekHack is.

So thanks again for leading this, nubbinator. Sorry for my part in your stress level, as someone who initially missed the shipping deadline. I can totally understand your decision to step down as Santa leader, but we're all grateful for the time you've given us. Don't be discouraged by the scammers.

Glad to see the names announced while also seeing all the cool gifts that everyone received.  It's nice to see the gifts that everyone received and the results of some of those gifts (demik's heretical conversion comes to mind ;))

Thank you to cryptokey for the great gifts (the coffee is already gone though!) and thanks again to Nubbinator for organizing the whole thing, even though this might be his last hurrah.

Been completely away from GH like an *******  :))

But I love my secret santa stuff!

First of all the packaging. An INSANE amount of stamps (seriously covered in them). Gotta love the weird australian designs.143399-0

And the goodies

143401-1143403-2143405-3

A nice parker pen (now my EDC) and lots of australian candy! I had heard of tim tams before, but I didn't realize how goddamned good they were. It was all delicious (except for the liquorish toffee bar...) And a koala greeting card! Appropriate  :p

New Glarus does make really good beer.  :-*  I was going to ship three of their fruity beers to mobbo, but was worried about customs, hence just the one.  Planning to send the others now that the one made it though.  :)

And thank you nubbs for organizing all of this. Was bummed I didn't meet the criteria back in December, so this is my first GH secret santa and it was hella fun <3

Ooh! New Glarus is supposed to make some really good beer. I almost shipped some local beer in my secret santa box but I was afraid customs might get it.

New Glarus does make really good beer.  :-*  I was going to ship three of their fruity beers to mobbo, but was worried about customs, hence just the one.  Planning to send the others now that the one made it though.  :)

A nice parker pen (now my EDC) and lots of australian candy! I had heard of tim tams before, but I didn't realize how goddamned good they were. It was all delicious (except for the liquorish toffee bar...) And a koala greeting card! Appropriate  :p

Haha went out on a limb with that one :D

.

Green BS mods with dyesub legends.  I saw he had bought some dyed ones from the cluster**** sale and never got them, so I figured it would be something 3k would like.  Hopefully I didn't guess wrong.
