Ducky with WASD keycaps?

I wanted to start out by saying thank you! Everyone really. Thank you so much! I've finally found that NCIX US has ducky shines with blue switches and blue LEDs.

I just want to make 100% sure on one thing. I read somewhere that the key caps at WASD were a little taller or sat a little higher on the CM storm than the original key caps. I wanted to know if anyone knew if the key caps worked well on ducky's and what they thought about the ducky keyboard.

Once again thank you so much everyone! I'm getting exciting, as I'm buying it today.

Well I don't have personal experience with WASD caps but it's probably that stock QFR caps are OEM profile and WASD uses DCS. And unless you have a really customized keyset, you might want to look at other caps besides WASD, since they use very thin ABS plastic. And as for your Ducky, you definitely chose a great board to start :thumb:

Oh okay thank you! Who would you recommend keycap wise for the ducky? I'm wanting blank key caps mostly black with some blue.

That is wrong! WASD Keyboards use OEM profile.

Edit: I compared my WASD and Ducky keycaps, and the profiles look identical to me, even when mounted on a keyboard. Maybe there is some difference on the sub-millimeter level.

I'm wanting to have the alphanumeric keys all blank black. I'm wanting them to be translucent but not look so when the backlight is out. I found some at max keyboard. If those are will work, awesome! I then want the alt, windows, control, enter, backspace etc to be blue. It seems all the blues that are translucent really look translucent, so I don't have to have those. But basivally, I want a place that I can get all of those from the same company.

Hopefully that's not too confusing.

Yeah, off the top of my head MAX is the only one that comes to mind for trans caps. But what problem do you have with the stock Ducky caps then?
