Who is this, really...I'm sure I already know this toolhole, and I just want to tell him so. Which one of my buddies is this? Riot! I don't currently pay good money for a premium Linkedin profile...but may need to in the future, if anyone else does...who is this?

It's hilarious.
But if it's him, and it's for real, it's actually very, very, VERY sad.

I hope it's him and it's a joke, or to promote GH, or someone else fooling around.

It's still funny. Can't buy that kinda advertising!

But who else would be conceited enough to refer to themselves at the "#1 keyboard expert on the planet"?

It's definitely him. God it's funny. (but I really hope he's joking at some level)

I'm on my way to grocery shop, and I half expect to see a 1969 Ford pick up with rust and primer, chicken wire for a homemade something-or-other box in the back of it, driving down the street, with a sign saying "#1 Keyboard Expert on the Planet".

I'm not far from his 'hood, so that scenario is a distinct possibility.

Just thought I'd share my "find".

Depends. How much WPM you got? Can you tell me what year are considered vintage blacks? Can you recite IBM model number and year they were produced?

Maybe then...maybe...I'll link with you.

I don't know about Input, but I know this.
My women per minute (or the number of women I seduce per minute) is about 120 on average.
The "vintage blacks" would be referring to our earliest known ancestors traced back to the continent of Africa. These would be the Homo Sapiens that would date to around 450000 to 250000 years ago.
Another argument could be that Australopithecus Amanuensis which dates 4.1 million years ago could also be what you're looking for.
And the kishaver is obviously IBM's #1 keyboard followed by the Giant-Ass F at a close #2. These were the absolute best of keyboards and can be dated back to the years of amazing keyboards.

My keyboard expertise is top-notch, trust me. Although I have no idea what women and our ancestors have to do with keyboards...

I have a headache from laughing so hard about this stuff. Maybe it's my mood or maybe it's really just as much fun as I think it is.

And I really gotta leave this thread and get back on with life... there's a burger to grill and food shopping that still needs to happen tonight...

That "Medical Practice" bit has got me worried!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

That "Medical Practice" bit has got me worried!
"under medical practice"
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Pathetic? Yes.

Don't take it personally and it 100% totally funny. HBO Special quality.
I cruised reddit yesterday after discovering Linky, he's moved on but uses the GeekWhack component as leverage and it's absolutely hilarious.
He's got a wicked sense of humor that I appreciate.
This thread turned out pretty damn good, better than I anticipated. LOL But I'm guessing this thread has run it's course and is about done.

There's a lifted one I see every now and then in my neck of the woods.  That just seems like tempting fate though.
