I feel like this is the sort of thing you'd have to divide into categories, eg best custom, best retail and not just best overall.

1) Best biased keyboard of your choice.
2) Best mass-produced keyboard you can by in a general retail store (best buy, fry's, target etc)
3) Best mass-produced keyboard you can buy online.
4) Best bang for your buck keyboard.
5) Best keyboard for horny teenager & adolescents (best gaming keyboard)
6) Best custom keyboard.
7) Best ergonomic keyboard (for people with disabilities and injuries)
8) Best keyboard you can waste your money on.
9) Best innovative keyboard.
