Honestly, I wouldn't mind even if only the black and white pbt spacebars are being produced. Seeing as they're made out of PBT you could dye the white spacebar to any color/shade you want anyways. This wasn't possible before since the ABS spacebars are very prone to warping if you attempted to dye them.

Would this work on a Realforce 103UB, or does that keyboard use a non-standard spacebar size?  From comparing pictures it looks like the 103UB uses a different spacebar width than any other Topre board (HHKB, 87U, 104U) unfortunately.

6.25u is the standard and 7u is much more common than 6u.

i was complaining how (most) topre spacebars are abs, in some thread in » geekhack community » keyboards »,
and then someone linked this thread to me..
but i might never have found this thread if someone hadn't pointed out that it existed,
and i bet there are more 'geekhackers' like me, who don't really look at certain parts of the forums.

so yeah, don't make people miss out on this,

we are at 70% now, but we will most likely have 4 colors instead of 5 and the MOQ changed so it's hard to say where we are with the numbers. Anyway I believe that the interest in a PBT spacebar is clear and I'll do everything I can to make it happen. Chinese holidays are over, so tomorrow I'll try to get back again from the manufacturer.

What would I choose if I just want to get a color matched white HHKB spacebar? I don't mind ordering a couple more in different colors but it seems that I'd have to buy minimum 2 of the gray ones and then the colored ones

The gray is HHKB white, he went through it somewhere but basically the black is the Realforce/HHKB black and the gray/white is the white.

I'm ordering 2 white spacebars, so order 2 blacks and we'll trade. Since we're in Canada shipping shouldn't be too much.
Is that ok?
