Hairdryer was what I used to straighten out all my warped Granite keys.

2. A CNC spacebar based on that model will be machined and sent to me
3. If everything looks good we will proceed to mass production (possibly 4 colors)

So what is the market for Topre boards anyway? Sure we all rave about them here, and they really are amazing keyboards, but they are pretty expensive. I'd imagine most people who do own a Topre board wouldn't be averse to spending ~$20 on a couple of spacebars for obvious reasons, but how many of those people are there?

This is why it's called an interest check. Massdrop seems to think there's enough of a market to run a GB.

Is MOQ still enough of an issue that the purchase can't have an option for 1blk/1wht, rather than 2 of the same? Or at least black and white as color options in the "buy 3"?

Matt3o, maybe you could add that picture of the 3D model to the OP?
it would be easy for anyone new to the thread to be up to date on the whole thing by reading just the OP, rather than searching the pages for updates. same goes for new information like available colors and all that.
but i understand you might want to wait with updating OP until everything is final.

the spacebar will be a perfect replica of the original. as soon as I get samples we'll know if it bends
