It also helps to control my bidding, I find that when I bid early I get too attached to the item and then I wind up spending more than I intended. Whereas if the item has already passed my maximum before the end I'll usually just give up on it and remove it from my watch list.

I always bid in the last 10 seconds and it drives me mad when people bid any time before that.. youd think people would learn it drives the price up.

That guac CC was over the roof. Seems like supply and demand taking place. It might have been overpriced but I doubt anyone here will let it their clacks go for retail (or retail + initial shipping). As someone with no clacks to trade, I would have gladly payed that price if it wasnt for the customs law in Korea.
