Good citation generator recommendations?
« on: Thu, 22 January 2015, 18:41:33 »
I normally use Bibme or Citation machine, but both are full of annoying web ads, as are most similar generators I've tried.

Does anyone have a good recommendation they regularly use?

I've been using citation machine for years. Guess I just haven't noticed the ads due to adblock.

If this is for like citing sources, then easybib.com , if not, I am really confused.

Yup, I'll give easybib a try tomorrow. I'm looking for a nice one that is more accurate than bibme and with less adds and nonsense without having to use a plug in.

Yeah the one in word is really nice, especially because you can have it put the info at the end of quote, and them automatically update the bibliography, etc.

I'm going to start using it. I probably came across it at one point and completely forgot about it after I started using the online tools.

It's not perfect, but it is good. I used it for my thesis.

Easybib is fairly solid. I've used it for a long time.

I'v also used easybib for a few years. It's auto pulling is decent, and if it is missing anything than you can fill it in yourself and get something formatted correctly.
