Hey Bunny, sorry to hear about the complications and I hope everything is alright with you're nephew. I think I speak for everyone when I say family comes first and don't stress about getting the replacements out.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Bunnylake,

I'm still waiting for my Purple on white set. Can you PM me.

Are you the guy that got the wrong colour set, sorry I'm bad with names

This update goes to you and I'll include a general update as well

Yesterday my brothers wife went in to labour in the morning nearly 7 weeks early, upon arriving at the hospital he was breach and they had to perform a c section right away

As he was so early there were some complications, late last night he had some lung issues they are working on as well as lots of other things associated with being premature

**** man sorry to hear that

Hope everything goes smoothly from here

As a result I won't be around much for a few days to a week and have family flying in and whatnot

With regards to things going out

I've shipped about 80 percent of the replacement issue keys for orders that did not include missing keys or sliders

Once get back around I'll finish shipping the problem keys to order without issues and to ones with missing keys

To the people waiting on sliders, as these are shipping with the sophomore gb I'll wait to ship the problem keys with the sliders to you guys so I can combine shipping has the shipping costs so far have dwarfed the amount of shipping charged, as every conus order was shipped from the uk rather than from within conus as was planned when shipping was charged and obviously the unexpected costs of replacement shipping

<3

Thanks Bunnylake. Family does come first. Hope everything goes well

topre sliders will be shipping with sophomore to us, and extras will be available from ctrlalt.io once they are on hand

I would assume space bars are included as part of that statement.

We are waiting on Sophomore to get finished as the sliders will ship with that buy. There were issues with the set, so there have been delays there too. Latest update is:
Just stopped to check on a ship date for my keycaps and found that we will get GH spacebars, that makes my happy.

ill have the revised firm ship date soon

i also have some pictures of revised and fixed legends to post

I've actually shipped a good amount already

I think I have about 4 more support requests to do and maybe 25 people who didn't do a support request

I ran out of bubble mailers a few days ago just waiting on my next delivery, should be Tuesday as its bank holiday Monday and then I can have the last out

Typically those are sold off by ISO users, and this buy didn't support ISO. It's probably going to be somewhat more difficult than usual to get one for this set.

Sliders are shipping with the R2 keycaps, and we're just waiting on the manufacturer to confirm that date  :) Sorry for ignoring you Gliss, its a case of having many different threads and there being no updates to give (thus not checking in)
