AUGH if only they had the metallic blue one out in the states already!

Yes, my OG phat DS was that color  ;D

BUT, given the choice which color would you guys choose between the two?

I have friends with both. Both look amazing. I say choose whichever color you generally like better. Red is more flashy, black is more subtle.

Hmm,

I get the codes too but I can't seem to find this.  I've gone through like 4 emails so far and all I found is this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hibdvj9zw1oygb7/Screenshot%202015-05-25%2011.12.23.png?dl=0

what is the subject line of the email advertising this price?

I don't get the emails but seeing that you're in the bay area, you're going to have to pay tax on top of that not to mention you're not missing much if you miss out.

A quick check of craigslist and there's plenty of new 3ds's which can be talked down considering people selling must be having buyers remorse with the underwhleming difference to their old 3ds's.

If you're worried about warranty and buying second hand, nintendo has one of the best track records. Their stuff is kid-proof to an extent; kidproof =/= tantrum-proof through but you can tell what a console went through easily with a visual inspection.

Yeah I know, I'd rather just buy new from Frys tho.  It's less of a hassle all around.

Just would like to know how to get the $179 price point show up
