Just remember that it needs to be "thin-walled" to get in there.

Auto parts stores are your best bet.

Or just go to your local Lowe's or Home Depot and get one from the hardware dept for about $3 or less.
(I can't even remember now, it was very inexpensive.  If you get the Kobalt one from Lowes P/N #0338157, it can be used as-is!  It works well!  No ratchet or driver needed!)

Hard to say, it looks fairly thick at the head. If the terminal M is anything like the normal M, the bolt wells are quite narrow. I suppose you'll find out soon enough :p .

i accidentally had the wrong image. The one that was there before was one of the 3/16 one
