I just find it funny that people take offense to people hating this board and thinking it's ugly as ****, but no one got defensive when people called the Cooler Master MECH a monstrosity that looked more like a keytar than a keyboard:




Just because something is expensive or made by someone with many other good designs doesn't mean something they make can't be tacky, gaudy, or ugly.

I worry about the price tag because I am the one getting it for him for christmas as a surprise gift.

That's fine, I get it. I don't even really like this Avengers board. Looking back, I didn't even flinch when abs said "Tacky AF" like 3 posts earlier. Maybe it's just because dude was new and I took it the wrong way, but it just felt like trolling to me.

But FWIW, if the MECH was a one-off that someone had poured their heart and soul into, rather than product marketing dept. gone wild, I would find it in myself to appreciate it for what it is regardless if I personally liked the design.
