My Pok3r has a defect as well. The case is "warped". That is, it does not sit flat on the desk -- the keyboard wobbles. Fortunately, I don't notice this when the keyboard is placed on my wide mouse/keyboard rubber mat.
I have alu vortex cases, they wobble too, my solution was to re-attach the rubber adhesive, slightly above the slot so it stresses the surface unevenly
This is why I like the cases that use dome adhesives, the circle shape of the rubber prevents wobbling, both the TEX cases and the slim vortex cases use those adhesives
Once again, another easy solution is to just buy and stick some dome adhesives, even if your case is warped, they might be able to offset that (they are soft, soft enough to absorb 1-2mm of unevenness)
