Hell yes!
Every winter we go to this historic settlement village where they have staff dressed up in old clothes. There's an entire village with a blacksmith, church, schoolhouse, etc. but we usually just go for the annual Sugar Bush. They harvest the syrup on site and then boil and pool it over top of fresh snow. It creates these awesome little syrup strips that they roll onto sticks.
