AND UPDATE.
ETA TO ME NEXT FRIDAY 29 APRIL 2016.
PS: I have received a dispute case in my PayPal account with no prior PM to me. I am especially annoyed. That is not the way to go if you want to jump ship, or if you want an update to your order without contacting me through email or PM or posting on the thread
In summary, yes. You would. The fulfilment date has been slightly delayed to early-May instead of the original mid-April.
I am more than willing to cancel and refund your order if you are unable to wait or have decided otherwise from your original committment.
As stated in the original forum thread on GeekHack, the Google Form to place orders, as well as within the invoice, this is a group buy with delayed delivery dates.
First, I quote from the GeekHack forum post: "I will ship estimated mid-April to you guys. PM me for edits."

Second, I quote from the Google Form for placing orders: "I will ship estimated mid-April. PM Shadovved on GH if you need an extension on the payment deadline, or for any queries."

Third, I quote from the invoice: "Items will post through SingPost (non-registered/registered article), around 15 April 2016."
Hence, I admit that the fulfilment date has been push back 2 weeks and you have every right to post a query. However, I did not receive any personal messages on GeekHack forum, or to my personal email available on the invoice.
In my defense, I have been open about issues raised in the forum thread as well as posting timely updates on the status of the group buy.
An update was posted on 4th March to provide a guideline of the updates I would be putting up in the thread from time to time, and the title of the thread would be amended as necessary as well. (link:

I posted another update on 19th March stating that the supplier should be shipping to my warehouse in China (link:

Yet another status update was posted on 2nd April, stating that the supplier has delivered 50% of the goods, and the remainder will be delivered next Monday, 5th April (link:
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78563.msg2124287#msg2124287)
Due to some hiccups with production, I posted a supplementary update on 7th April regarding a slight delay in the fulfilment timeline as I have yet to received the remaining half of the items (link:
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78563.msg2130685#msg2130685)
A further update was posted on 12th April to provide information that I still am waiting for the second half of the delivery to arrive (link:
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78563.msg2135466#msg2135466)
After confirm the delivery timeline, an update was posted regarding the issue on 15th April, inform all participants that the vendor will ship next Monday, 19th April, and I will arrange shipping to me within 2 weeks of receipt of the items, and another 1-2 weeks to ship out and for all participants to receive the items.
I have then posted an update today, 19th April, after the shipping company confirmed the next available ship date and the items will ETA 29th April to me, and that I would complete everything by mid-May, which was the estimated timeline I provided previously. I also expressed my displeasure at receiving a dispute case on PayPal without any prior communication which I need to fight against, and have posted the reply to your dispute as an open reply (without identity and sensitive information) to all participants as I would like to be transparent regarding such issues.
Opening a dispute merely to raise a query if you will receive your order is extremely unfair for me as well as the other group buy participants as PayPal tends to take measures to secure the account (aka freeze funds, lock account) from withdrawals and transfers should I need to procure payment for the items.
I expect to receive your decision on whether you would like to cancel your existing order or would prefer to continue waiting for the group buy to come to a conclusion.
Regards,
Shadovved
