Is the chattering issue fixed?
The metal leaves have been adjusted a tiny bit to separate the gap a bit more to prevent them from touching when the pin is heating for too long.
Are these the SMD-compatible milky bottoms?
No. They will be regular milky white bottoms. Regular plate mounted switches still fit fine without issue on hot-swap-able keyboards.
in for some 67s! I kinda wanted 1x 78g one to use as a spacebar but I didn't want to make your life hard. Is it still possible to add one after ordering?
I can accommodate single switch orders for the spacebar, but would prefer to keep those to a minimum. It's mostly to prevent people from ordering an obscure amount of switches.
can I add 10 78g with my order of 90 67g?
Please PM/Email me for an order change. Orders will have to be cancelled and re-purchased.
I still cant't really decide on whether to get the milky bottom housing 65g or the standard 62g one. I know 62g ones will feel more or less like MX browns in terms of weight to bottom out but how do the 65g ones feel in comparison? And I'm also afraid of just being amateur in soldering and ruining the 62g switches, which are less resistant to heat than the 65g milky bottom ones.
65gs feel like they have a longer tactile bump for some reason. It's all in the mind though, since the tactile bumps are all the same. The 65g milky ones are offered for first time solderers that don't want to take a risk, but I've also had many people solder regular transparent zealios without issue.
Not offering stems sold separately?
No, unfortunately not. Placing the purple stem in a Cherry MX housing doesn't allow it to shine at its full potential, and that Gateron wouldn't be interested in selling stems only.
