Alright, after gathering data from the feedback in this IC, I'm gonna get another set of renders based on the keys below:

Fine, fine, I give in. However, will it all be packaged together or will the "HHKB set" be on its own? I'm afraid there wouldn't be a ton of demand for just an HHKB adoption kit.

You may be in a very small group, even your phone may have one these days, and the only possible icon replacement is a simple arrow, that by no means is as rich and bold as this one is.

personally i'm a text legends person and dislike the handbag icons, but i'd still be down for good adapter kits like these.

The lock icon is a classic, some may not like it but there is nothing better, the down arrow is not an actual replacement for that.

I don't like icon only mod legends, but this set is all about the moogle to me, so I can deal with the purse to make my OG beige set usable and matching.  I doubt enough folks want an R3 Control to get it added, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i don't mind extra caps, but maybe consider leaving these out since they aren't necessary for anyone's proper layout?  especially since there will be several kits in different colorways that we'll need to reach MOQ for.

besides, tilde and pipe are alphas and not mods.

edit:  the reason i say this is because i don't want a repeat of the classic beige GB.

Escape is a bit less necessary for me (as they are easily bought on their own) but the tilde and 1.5x pipe are pretty essential IMO. I'm buying this as a basic mod kit, not for moogle and tsangan.

I can live without the 1.5u pipe, but I would like to get the tilde and an extra escape does not hurt, but I would take all of them if that may get more orders for the sets. Again, I consider that the key caps selected by the GB leader cover most of the potential interested parties interests, I do not see any reason to change them, unless those changes mean a significant reduction in their final prices, that I do not think may happen just by removing one or two keys, but those keys may mean less orders.

that sounds good to me if there are people who really want it.  i don't know how good of a match GMK's beige is with OG colors, so having consistent colors would be another reason to keep it?

Only as a printed option. GMK can't make these in doubleshot versions (because these are technically already doubleshot)

Personally, i think we should just stick to the color scheme instead of mixing other colors in.

also, sorry for the late updates to this gb. kinda busy these few days. there's no updates to the renders yet. still waiting for updated renders.

so, will you guys still be interested in this set if I include the HHKB set into the main set?

I'm looking into getting this complete mod set done, even for HHKB users (which includes me  ) and i think it's hard to reach MOQ for the HHKB set alone.

And of course, the spacebar would be a separate buy. No full or stepped control in R3 though since the aim of this pack is to have icon mods.

Not sure if you guys will be okay with this.

I'll get all of them with HHKB included, as others have said, you may want to open a pool, but I do not think two keys may mean a huge price difference if included in the base set, the key count is very good and the difference would not be that high if 1.5 and 1 units keys were included.
