How to figure that the key switch is Alps or Topre?

I'm looking for the Sony BKE 9400a, and as well known, this controller is made of Alps or Topre...

How to figure it out without pull one key out and see....


Does anybody know?

So these come in either white Omron switches or Topre...this should be easy if you can press a key

Is there any audible/tactile feedback? If not, omrons

Is there a deep thocking sound? Topre


This might apply, but this looks like the Topre version because of the side-printed legends on the blue keys on the home row - something that appears to be absent in the Alps versions. I say this without full confidence.

I edited my above post, sort of answers the question. They look identical in google image searches.

edit - again: the LED windows are rounded in the F keys, so this should be the Topre version. Alps/Omrons have square LED windows.
