You're most likely asking if it uses blocking or not. I'm fairly sure that there is no ghosting with it, but it's definitely limited to only 2KRO, given the fact that it's an old and cheap rubber dome keyboard. So, yes, you'll have some issues with not all keys responding to multi-key combinations, but actual ghosting (where you press a certain amount of keys and a random key that you didn't even press is registered) is nothing to be worried about.
