No, I don't have any sort of schedule yet. I was told the 2017 schedule hasn't really been started yet, but I'll update this as soon as I hear anything!

Quick question, I have no idea how production works for keys and how easy/hard it is to add in an extra key but I find myself always needing to buy the non-standard modifier kit for one single key, the 1.75 right shift, because I have two Aria WhiteFoxes. Considering True Fox also only requires that same shift and the modded backspace, would it be crazy for custom sets to start including those 2 extra keys into their standard mods kit instead?

That said I will buy this regardless, I'm just curious how it all works. Additionally, I assume none of the novelties are 1.75u?

Can't wait for the set to release, going to be pointless for me to keep buying in on other ones until it does because once I have it I won't realistically be using any other (that's how much I like it) but I won't be able to help myself LOL

I can't believe I didn't use it for reference before, but I'm going to rearrange the structure of my kits again, that people who only need those few keys won't have to buy a bunch extra. Hey, yea the DSA Overcast definitely has the right idea including some bottom row non-standard sized keys for Novatouches, CM keyboards in general etc. I have a Novatouch too but I've been using the WhiteFox far more ever since I got it and his standard mods don't seem to include the 1.75u shift - he included those into the Tsangan kit only from what I can see.

That's the only thing that really jumps out at me, including that one key in the standard mods. Seeing as the WF just sold like 2k units a week or two ago when it dropped again (plus the 1.5k~ from the 1st drop) and every layout except the 1st round Jack of All Trades use it, I feel it'd be a smart move to accommodate all those people even if you have to skip some of the more mainstream stuff like Razer/CM modifiers for it I think the Fox is much more popular in the community right now than those are.

Just feels like a waste to buy like 30-40 extra keys for a single one and even though I've personally done that in the past, I'd imagine a lot of people skip certain sets for that same reason which is understandable.

I don't feel qualified to evaluate other kits but the WhiteFox and Tsangan look lovely! The fox key is such a nice detail - the R1 mods on the WF kit are supposedly 1.25 right? Hard to tell from the picture as it's a different resolution than the others and they might be placeholders rather than an accurate representation right now either way.

All of the R1 keys in the Whitefox-65%-75% kit are 1u. The idea is that you'd buy the Base Kit, the 60% Mods kit, the Whitefox-65%-75% Kit, and the TKL Mods kit (for the side bar and arrrow keys). So in the case of the Whitefox board you're saving by not buying the Tsangan keys that were bundled in the Non Standard Kit. You get the 1.25u keys from the 60% Mod Kit and the 1u keys from the Whitefox-65%-75% Kit.

I updated the Tsangan/Colemak Kit to include keys to fit the MiniVan and the JD45. I dare anyone to find a layout I haven't covered now!

Hmmmm...I might be able to do that, but I would have to create icon kits for the 60% mods, tsangan mods, and the whitefox mods and I already have a billion kits. I like the idea though!

It's going to be run through Massdrop, who are probably less likely to up and disappear like Ivan did. It's possible, but probably won't happen.

Just checked back into this after a few months, so incredibly excited. I was planning to just keep monitoring and maybe try to snag this set when its available, but the inclusion of the Whitefox kit and logo just made that a certainty. Can't wait for my whitefox to come in, and she's gonna be slick wearing these someday. Thanks for the good work here, definitely hope I don't miss out.
